Abstracts submission guidelines

Submission

-Selection notification of acceptance/rejection: 15th June
-Abstracts must be submitted through the Attendee Portal.

Presentation formats
-Oral Long presentation
Presentation guidelines:
  • 25 minutes 
  • Formate file: pdf or power-point
  • The orientation must be landscape
  • Your text colour and size must be easy to read on screen
  • It must be sent before 20th October 2023 at the following email address: secretary@pangenome23.com and it must contain the abstract ID number to name your file

 

EXTENDED – Submissions deadline for Flash Oral presentation & Printed
Posters : 02nd October 2023.  The final decision about which one will be communicated soon after you register

 

-Flash Oral presentation
 Presentation guidelines:
  • 5 minutes 
  • Formate file: pdf or power-point
  • The orientation must be landscape
  • Your text colour and size must be easy to read on screen
  • It must be sent before 20th October 2023 at the following email address: secretary@pangenome23.com and it must contain the abstract ID number to name your file
 
Plenary Speakers must also submit their abstracts and specify “Oral Long presentation”.
Abstracts must be prepared in English, 350 words maximum, only text (no pictures or graphics).  Please, follow the template you can download below.

  2. Ecology and the pangenome, free-living
  3. Ecology of the pangenome, pathogens, saprophytes
  4. Origin and maintenance of the pangenome
  5. Phages and the pangenome
  6. Bioinformaticaspectsand Outlook
The presenting author must be the person in charge of submitting the abstract to the platform.
Presenting authors whose abstracts are accepted for ORAL presentation (long or short) or POSTER, must register and pay the required registration fee. The acceptance or rejection will be notified by e-mail to the presenting author.
