REGISTRATION FEES

** LAST CALL registration does not admit communication

Presenting authors will be required to register for the conference by 10th July to confirm attendance.

Registration closes on 15th October.

FEMS Grants

This meeting is selected by the Federation of European Microbiological Societies (FEMS) to offer grants for event participation for Early Career Scientists.

Please, indicate if you want to apply in the registration form, and include a CV. Find all the steps here. Applicants have to pay the register.

The list of selected candidates will be announced on 15th June 2023 and the congress fees and/or the travel costs will be covered.

Invoices

If you require an invoice in the name of a Company or Institution, please complete the billing information in the «My Data» tab on the Attendee Portal. You will be able to download the invoice within 4-6 days.

If you require an invoice prior to payment, please request it by email:  secretary@pangenome23.com. Please fill in the billing information in the «My Data» tab on the Attendee Portal.

Conditions and cancellation policy

– Registration fees are transferable but name changes must be informed by e-mail by 10th October.
– Cancellation on or before 2th September 2023: Full refund less a cancellation fee of 75 €
– From 3th September 2023: No refunds can be made for cancellations or failure to attend.
